After grain unloading empty completely, it is necessary that checking the sealing of door, vents and its surrounding steel plate, any the reinforcement deformation or cracking. It should take maintenance measures immediately once abnormal conditions being found.
After grain unloading empty completely, it is also necessary that checking the connecting part of the cone, welding, hopper surface, etc.. If there are welding deformation, weld cracking and other abnormal conditions, feeding should stop to avoid accidents.
Check the silo ring, process hole and other bolt connection parts at the top of the silo once a month. If any fastening bolts are loose, any gaskets are damaged or surface corrosion, it should be solved timely.
Because the silo is in an alternating load when it`s working, the welding seam of the silo body should be checked once every six months, and the deformation part of the welding seam should be corrected and repaired, and the corroded part should be treated with anti-corrosive.
